The following is a sponsored review.
We all love being inspired to travel to a certain destination.
Maybe it's our love of beautiful beaches, our desire to go hiking, to get shopping deals or even to enjoy the local cuisine.
One of the reasons I personally love to blog, write articles and take lots of travel photos is not only to remember the places I’ve been, but to also share those places and experiences with others – to inspire others to travel.
I’ve never been to Australia, but it’s a country I would love to visit in the future.
With mountains, beaches, deserts, modern cities, and the rural outback, there’s at least a little travel inspiration in Australia for everyone!
Australian Traveller Magazine
The Australian Traveller is one of the most iconic and widely distributed travel magazines in the country of Australia.
The printed version is published twice a month and covers all sorts of topics that relate to travel within the vast country.
The online website version also includes plenty of travel articles and photos that will surely get you thinking about taking a trip to Australia.
From specific things to do, to the best food to eat and the most exciting places to explore, the site is packed with useful travel information and a wealth of beneficial tips.
Australia is a giant country, so luckily the Australian Traveller magazine has neatly categorized their entire archive of posts by region and further by city, making it simple to browse all the information about the destination of your choice.
For instance, I can browse the Destination tab, highlight NT (Northern Territory) and then click on Darwin for the travel guide and many more interesting travel articles about the city.
All major areas and cities within Australia are covered on the site.
Depending on the travel experiences you are most interested in, Australian Traveller publishes a mixture of articles that include everything from adventure travel and camping, to family holidays and romantic getaways.
It is really one of the most comprehensive Australian magazines with regards to all kinds of entertainment interests throughout the country.
As a personal lover of food, I was particularly drawn to the section of the website that covers Australian Food and Wine.
There is quite a lot of content about the culinary side of Australia, including restaurant reviews and food tips to help you eat delicious cuisine in Australia.
Rather than showing up as journalists to write restaurant reviews, the staff shows up anonymously and pays for their own food – that way they get the authentic experience of the restaurant and not any sort of special (fake) treatment.
You can be assured the restaurant reviews are honest.
The Australian Traveller is filled with lots of valuable information that is useful for people who are not only visiting Australia, but also for those who simply need some fresh and entertaining ideas of things to do right at home.
The “list” articles are especially helpful for getting excited about travel and for accumulating lots of ideas about the wide range of attractions and best ways to enjoy Australia.
It doesn't matter if you've been to Australia, have never been to Australia or even live in Australia, the Australian Traveller will give you the inspiration to explore!
