DislikedWhen I checked into the hotel, they took a deposit for the key in the amount of 500 THB (I would like to note separately that I am facing such a large deposit for the first time in many years of traveling). When I checked out of the hotel, the deposit was not returned to me, because there was no one at the hotel reception (at 7:30 in the morning, this is the check-out period according to the hotel rules). As my ferry was leaving, I had to leave without waiting for anyone. 5 days have passed since the check-out date. My letters to the hotel and other communication attempts to resolve this issue remain unanswered by the hotel. At the moment, I have contacted the booking.com support service for help to resolve the situation, and I am waiting for the result (I am not sure what it will be).

DislikedThere was no store/restaurant nearby. Luckily we rented a motorbike so it wasn‘t a big deal for us

DislikedThe rooms are quite different one from another. The second room I was in had a very noisy AC, not so comfy beds, like in the first room. No room cleaning for the whole week. Breakfast not amazing. There are better option close by.

LikedThe view was amazing of the sea! It's not next to the sea, its on the other side of the road but its high enough to see everything. The fridge is a must in my opinion now 😂 put your water in the freezer. The staff are really nice. Bless him, one man show running around doing his best.

DislikedThe beds need a little maintenance. Half the beds springs were broken so it was on quite a bit of a slope. And bear in mind, bring money for the scooters. They were very one minded about Passports being used as deposits but we said no. So, they said 10,000 baht which is steep but they all do it. You get it back, but make sure you have it ready.
