Mount Everest

My flight from Chengdu to Kathmandu included a fly by of Mount Everest.

The world's highest mountain rests on the border of Nepal and Tibet, and can be climbed from either side.

The pilot made an announcement when we were in the vicinity, and then everyone on the plane shifted to the right side windows.

Thanks Andi, actually I was sitting on the opposite side of the plane, but those on the correct site were friendly enough to allow others a minute or two in their seats.
