For the best price at the dates I wanted i stayed in a triple room ground floor with balcony with persuasion paid 400 baht early check in room no view because covered with plants then had to check out into a twin room looking onto building. Lacking facilities in room no kettle.

Our stay at the property was excellent. The facilities were top-notch, with a well-maintained pool and a range of amenities that met all our needs. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was spotless. The room size was spacious, providing us with ample space to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. The only downside was the view, as it was a mid-rise hotel. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its value for money, great facilities, cleanliness, and exceptional staff.

LikedThe staff was very friendly! Location is good: you are close to some famous spots. Otherwise, take a Grab and you will be there within 10 minutes. Inside the building, it is quite silent in comparison to the streets. The room was also quite spacious, so you could easily put your backpack in the ground without strumbling over it every time. Hygiene was also good!
DislikedThe pool was okay. Only 5 or 6 beds beside the pool. On the other side of the 'garden', there was some space to put some beds or chairs, but there were none. Therefore you won't use the pool very long.

LikedNeeded to get a grab taxi to visit a lot of places around. There’s mostly shops selling religious articles surrounding the hotel. We found a few coffee shops. The roads around are very busy, Chinatown close by in a garb as is the grand palace and khan san rd. the pool was small but excellent.
DislikedRooms are basic but clean, only give you one swipe key for room and need to leave a deposit for it .
